![]() 'Let children walk with Nature, let them see the beautiful blendings and communions of death and life, their joyous inseparable unity, as taught in woods and meadows, plains and mountains and streams of our blessed star, and they will learn that death is stingless indeed, and as beautiful as life.' - John Muir Cloud's Rest, Yosemite, 2005 Love it, hate it, but if you view it leave a comment _____ Moody Monday (#58): Adventurous This is the view of Half Dome from Cloud's Rest in Yosemite National Park in California. We walked from Tuolomne Meadows 14.0 miles to the summit to be greated with this view. We stayed up there in the clouds from about 45 minutes. As we were leaving the clouds closed on the peak, erasing the breathtaking view and replacing it with detailess grey. | |
